Post and Beam Barns or Barn Homes

We have been building barns and barn homes well over 40 years and you can tell from our Gallery that we have plenty of experience. Most of our designs are Post and Frame but please do not forget we can also build our post and beam construction with the same quality and custom design as any of our other barns.

Our Post and Beam construction is built on your land from scratch, nothing is pre fabricated. We are your designer, your builder, and we are THE ONLY company you will deal with from start to finish. Roofing, concrete and NAILS with everything in between are included in our price, unlike our competitors.

Our standard Post & Beam barns include post and beam frame made from full dimension, rough-sawn beam timbers and through bolted together using ¼" steel plates. Once post and beam are complete we can finish off with a barn or barn home. From there we finish off the frame with 2" x 6" girts, and wrap the barn in 1" x 10" or 1" x 12"board and 1" x 3" batten rough-sawn siding. 

We got in touch with our previous contractor, but it turns out he is going bankrupt and is unable to complete the project. As you can see form the photos, we still need the 333 foot gravel road done, the garage door, the two stable doors (one has a temp wall for a workshop), finalizing the electric, and the 99 linear feet of 2' 7" rock border around the base of the barn and on the breezeway. If you could provide an itemized estimate of the remaining work, I would greatly appreciate it. I have also asked another local contractor, but he is unfamiliar with horse barns so I am a bit leery of his work. Thanks again for your patience. Should have gone with you guys in March.
